Day 01 Yangon – Kyaing Tong

Breakfast At Hotel, Transfer To Airport To Take Flight For Kyaing Tong, Capital Of Eastern Shan State And Golden Triangle.Once check in hotel, U Mulein Da's Shan Lacquerware Works, Wan Pon "Shan" Village and Shan houses, Wa people village and handy made powdered firearm and make a stroll around Naung Tong Lake.

Day 02: Kyaing Tong » Pin Tauk

After breakfast, visit the local market to observe the colorful hill tribes. Then you will be taken by car (~ 45 min) to the trekking point at Pin Tauk area where you can visit the villages of Akha and Lahu. Then start hiking to explore the living ways of Akha and rare Ang ethnic tribe, subgroup of Wa. Some are baptized, some tribes still animists. The Ang are an ethnic group which tourists have found particularly interesting labeling them the "Black Teeth". The trek is not difficult and can be done slowly. They live on the higher slopes. They have distinctively different costumes and beliefs from the other tribes. The region offers scenic panoramic view over the valley covered with terraced rice fields. Enjoy your picnic lunch at Pintauk water-fall. After lunch, on the way back to Kyaing Tong, short visit at a Palaung ethnic village, Wan-Pauk.

Day 03 Ho kyin

Visit water buffalo market where buyers and sellers trade their cattle. As water buffalos are not found in many countries, the twice weekly market excites considerable interest. Then take the car about 50 minutes and trek about - 11⁄2 hours to arrive "Ho Kyin" villages, typical Akha tribe villages. Observing traditional Yan-gone Pottery Work. Visiting RCM Church, former times' Italian Missionary. Visit Akha Centre Village and Weaving Works where traditional clothes are made before exporting to Thailand. From here continue for another 30 minutes to Na Phi Phank village, where Lahu and Akha tribes living together. From there walk to Phata Akha village and to "Pang Ma Phai" Akha tribe village to learn more about their daily life. Come back to the car to go Mong Zine (Khun Village) to see traditional Lahu Knives made by Lahu black smith and observe full-dressed Khun beautiful girls. On the way back to hotel visit Joe Phyu "Wa village".

Day 04: Kyaing Tong » Wan Nyet & Wan Seng

After breakfast, drive to the direction of Monglar, a town of China Border. After ~2 hrs drive, start trekking (~1hr) to visit Wan Nyet village, one of the Loi tribe villages. Loi people who belongs to Thai language spoken group, prefers to live in a huge long house for at least five families. Visit the ancient monastery then continue trek for nearly one hour along the beautiful scenic tea plantations to visit Wan Seng, another Loi village which possesses a magnificent monastery in its original architecture style and very huge long houses with approximate 10 families inside. Afternoon drive back to Kyaing Tong with some photo-stops on the way.

Day 5 Kyaing Tong – Yangon

Enjoy a morning visit to the rest part of Kyaing Tong city, such as one-tree hillock, standing Buddha Image, Wat-In ancient monastery well-known for its wooden Buddha Image, Dat-Saon-Kham pagoda, etc......, Transfer to airport, fly back to Yangon. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel.
